కోల్కతా ఉత్తర లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గం భారతదేశంలోని 543 లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ రాష్ట్రంలోని 42 లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం కోల్కతా జిల్లా పరిధిలో 07 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలతో ఏర్పాటైంది. లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాల పునర్విభజనలో భాగంగా 2002 జూలై 12న ఏర్పాటైన డీలిమిటేషన్ కమిషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా సిఫార్సుల ఆధారంగా ఈ నియోజకవర్గం 2008 ఫిబ్రవరి 19న నూతనంగా ఏర్పాటైంది.[2]
