సూరత్ వెస్ట్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం గుజరాత్ రాష్ట్ర శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం సూరత్ జిల్లా, సూరత్ లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఏడు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి.
ఈ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో సూరత్ సిటీ మండలంలోని సూరత్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ వార్డు నెం. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 63, 64, 65 వార్డులు ఉన్నాయి.[1][2]
