ధౌరహ్రా లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గం భారతదేశంలోని 543 లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో, ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలోని 80 లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి.[1] ఈ నియోజకవర్గం లఖింపూర్ ఖేరి, సీతాపూర్ జిల్లాల పరిధిలో 05 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలతో ఏర్పాటైంది.[2]
లోక్సభ నియోజకవర్గాల పునర్విభజనలో భాగంగా 2002 జూలై 12న ఏర్పాటైన డీలిమిటేషన్ కమిషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా సిఫార్సుల ఆధారంగా ఈ నియోజకవర్గం 2008 ఫిబ్రవరి 19న నూతనంగా ఏర్పాటైంది.[3]
