హరిశ్చంద్రపూర్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ రాష్ట్రంలోని శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం మల్దా జిల్లా, మల్దహా ఉత్తర లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఏడు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి. హరిశ్చంద్రపూర్ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో హరిశ్చంద్రపూర్ II కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్,  హరిశ్చంద్రపూర్ I కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్‌లోని భింగోల్, హరిశ్చంద్రపూర్,  మహేంద్రపూర్ గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు ఉన్నాయి.[1]
