అస్తవాన్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం బీహార్ రాష్ట్రంలోని నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం నలంద జిల్లా, నలంద లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఏడు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి.[1]
