హర్లాఖి శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం బీహార్ రాష్ట్రంలోని నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం మధుబని జిల్లా, మధుబని లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఆరు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి.
ఈ అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో హర్లాఖి, మాధ్వాపూర్ కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్‌లు, బెనిపట్టి కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్‌లోని కర్హర, సమద, సల్హా, తీత్, మహమద్‌పూర్, బెతౌనా, మన్‌పూర్ గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు ఉన్నాయి.[1]
