దశ విధ పరీక్ష
ఆయుర్వేద వైద్య విధానంలో పరీక్ష అనేది రోగికి కల రోగానికి అంచనా వేసే సాధనం. ఆయుర్వేద గ్రంథాలలో వివిధ రకాల పరీక్షలు ప్రస్తావించబడ్డాయి. అటువంటి వాటిలో ఆచార్య చరకుడు పేర్కొన్న దశవిధ పరీక్ష కూడా ముఖ్యమైనది. దశ విధ పరీక్ష అనునది ఆయుర్వేద పరీక్షావిధానం.[1]
- దూశ్యం - శరీర
- దేశం - రోగి నివసించే ప్రాంతం
- బలం - శారీరక బలం
- కాలం - కాలం, వాతావరణ పరిస్థితి
- అనలం - జీర్ణ శక్తి
- ప్రకృతి - త్రిదోశ
- వయసు - రోగి వయసు
- సత్వం - మానసిక సత్తువ
- సత్మయం - అలవాట్లు, వ్యసనాలు
- ఆహారం - ఆహారపు అలవాట్లు (శాకాహార, మాంసాహార)
